The most important thing for me is living in a safe environment and I feel that our community is completely safe. The community is pet friendly, which was absolute must for our family our dogs are extremely happy here. From the amazing staff, beautiful grounds, and excellent living space.... we love Kirkway

|Recommended: YesRisk That Paid Off — I signed a lease for these apartments sight unseen because I was moving from out of the state and my situation changed approximately 3 weeks before I was supposed to move up here. BEST GAMBLE I'VE EVER MADE. Sure, the pictures looked nice, but then they always do. This place, though, is everything that the pictures show and more. It is a great neighborhood, with kids riding their bikes everywhere and dogs and families all over. It is truly a lovely place, and I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
|Recommended: YesKirkway is a nice place to live. — Overall I have enjoyed living at kirkway. I have no complaints about the layout use of space or service. The only downfall are the appliances. The dishwasher is very loud and doesn't clean the dishes very well and the washer and dryer are low end so they are pretty hard on our clothes and cause pilling. Even washing on delicate, I have ruined some clothing.

|Recommended: YesLove Kirkway — My husband and I fell in love with Kirkway at first sight. I feel like I've lived here much longer than the seven years I have - it is home. The staff and support services are top notch, and there are no apartments anywhere that can touch the quality of the complex, the amenities offered, or the care and concern of the people living here.
