|Recommended: YesMaintenance Help with Water Heater 10 10 — Put in a late night request the night prior for help with out Water heater, as it just went out on us at the most opportune time per usual. They were on the doorstep first thing in the morning ready to go and to check the status. Came to the conclusion that it needed replacing, and within 2 hours they had removed, replaced, and cleaned up after themselves. Even learned a couple things from them as I am a new home owner .
Very appreciative of James, Frank, and Mike for their swiftness and care, would recommend them to anyone else for further services.
As shown above with the other star ratings, I do appreciate my luck with finding this place to live with my family, however this review is to highlight the work done by the Maintenance staff this morning.

|Recommended: Yes1 month in and already ready to renew — I just moved here and absolutely love it. The team here is so kind, so fast and so efficient. From application to move in day was 3 days. It was wild how fast it all worked out. The renovations are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.

|Recommended: YesMy husband and I lived at Kirkway Apartments for over 2.5 years. We immensely enjoyed our time and townhouse- especially the size, location, and updated interiors. However, if you are looking to move into the community, make sure you keep a large sum of money available to pay move out fees and damages for things I would consider normal wear and tear. Please note that the initial pet “fee” of 250 and monthly pet fee of 50 does not go toward any “damages” they will surely charge upon move out.

|Recommended: YesSeptember 2024 — I recently found myself in a time-sensitive situation, and the Kirkway staff responded with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. From the beginning, everything has met or exceeded our expectations for a facility of this caliber. Transitioning from a house with ample parking to a new environment has been an adjustment, but the management has handled it as well as could be expected. The staff has consistently been available, attentive to our needs, and very polite. Overall, our experience has been exceptional.

|Recommended: NoPoor Service — Dog park is open to public. Back gate is not secure. Older buildings are falling apart. No one answers the phone anymore. Super disappointing. Alerts messages website is not a secure site.

The grounds are well kept, the maintenance and management team are really easy going and pleasant to work with. The community is peaceful and quite interactive with the residents. I'd recommend living here to all that I know.

|Recommended: YesMy 3 year old son and I LOVE living here. The heated pool, 2 playgrounds and events food trucks make sure there is always something to do. I feel very safe here as a single woman. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The townhomes are built very well, I NEVER hear my neighbors even though 1 has 2 dogs The grounds are very clean and well maintained. The neighbors are also really friendly. It's nice to see so many kiddos playing outside all the time
