|Recommended: YesSpacious layout — I love all the amenities this Community has to offer. i use the fitness room quiet often and find all the equipment useful. The grounds are very well maintained and the community is dog friendly which was a high priority when I was searching for a place. I am surprised but also pleased that I do not hear any of my neighbors while I'm inside my apartment. I also appreciate that the community participates in recycling. The bedrooms are all a great size and having a basement is so useful.
|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place to Live — Apartments are nice, garages and basements are wonderful for storage and parking. The grounds are well manicured and it is peaceful and quiet. The real stars of this property are the people running them. Linda, Gina and Debbie are outstanding wonderful people who truly care about their residents. Nick and the maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fix things very quickly and fix it right the first time. You will love living here

|Recommended: YesGreat property. Quiet and homey — We really enjoyed our stay at Kirkway. It was very quiet, maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner, great space for families, love the garage and basement space, and they have lots of fun events for adults and kids to participate in. My only compliant is that it is a little pricey. Wish the price was a little cheaper.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, peaceful, and relaxing. — It is a very nice place to live. The neighbors are very nice and quiet. Being able to have large breed dogs is also a positive. The pool area is great, as well as the playground for the children. There are plenty of events to get to know your neighbors better if you choose to do so. Overall, this is a great place to live and I would suggest it to anybody looking to move into the area.

No loud noise, no parking issues, the grounds are always kept and the staff is extremely nice. Anytime I put a work order in it's always taken care of the same day. Would recommend this neighborhood to anyone
