|Recommended: YesWonderful! — We moved in almost a year ago and felt right at home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our son loves to play at the pool and playground. Very well kept grounds. Not to many other complexes have all the amenities that kirkway has. Great place to live!
|Recommended: YesGreat Location — The staff is friendly, I love the fact that you don't feel like you live in an apartment. You don't get all the hustle and bustle of 26 mile yet your close enough to it for shopping and dining. It's a safe neighbor, all the sidewalks are super nice to walk your dog or to just take a walk.
|Recommended: YesFun, friendly and very clean atmosphere. — Friendly, clean and very welcoming experience. The front office personnel is excellent. I may have looked elsewhere if it were not for the Alyssa, she is a definite asset to Kirkway. May thanks goes out to her for help.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful, relaxing, pleasent, staff is great!!! — We have only been here for a few months, but we felt right at home almost immediately. We were going back and forth between Kirkway and another complex. That was prior to us actually going to Kirkway. It ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The only issue that i have would be that paring for the clubhouse is limited.

|Recommended: YesGREAT PLACE, AND EXCEPTIONAL STAFF — I never thought I would live in an apartment and due to a fire at our home we lost everything. My family is of 7 and this place and the people in the office has made it easier for us to adjust. It has been amazing service and they come as soon as I call to repair anything or to address my concerns. It is luxury and have a garage, we love it for our temporary stay.
|Recommended: YesThere are 3 concerns having to do with a window blind in the master bedroom; the slide door of the shower that does not stay on rail, and finally the sqeaking floor of the shower. — kirkway answers the needs of the busy person or family that wants to has a residential lifestyle without having to perform the daily/weekly maintenance to maintain that lifestyle; in short, the best of both realities. Come meet your new neighbors.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live with an amazing staff. — The homes are fantastic and I feel it is a great deal for the amount of space and utility of each place.
It is definitely a family community and kids are running around like crazy which can be frustrating at times when driving through the complex. Despite that the staff is awesome at keeping on top of things and communication to their residents goes above and beyond what I've experienced at other apartment complexes.

|Recommended: YesKirkway is a wonderful place to live, a clean, well cared for complex. — Kirkway is one of the most well kept and clean complexes I have ever seen. After seeing Kirkway other complexes are bleak and unkept. Kirkway has excellent floor plans are beautiful. The new construction is handsome and attractive.for an apartment the units are beautiful. Noise has never been a problem the units are sound proof and private. Kirkway is constantly making improvements be they in the landscape, or the fire safety or the clubhouse with all the advantages that it offers.
When something is not going right or working correctly the staff is quick to respond get the job done and leave things clean and neat. The amenities at Kirkway are kept up to date and in good working condition. The staff is efficient and courteous they remember who they are dealing with and do so with great respect and empathy.
