|Recommended: YesMaintenance staff excels — Friendly place. The maintenance staff lead by Nick is excellent. The only complaint I have is there are lots of dogs which I also have one so I love that but unfortunately the majority bark at cars, other dogs, people walking by, the air blowing . It does not override the positives of this community- I just resigned.
I never hear my neighbors and I have had two different neighbors - walls very soundproofed

I love how close it is and how nice the entire community it is. Would love if it was gated. Great place to live and family oriented and pet friendly. Would recommend it to everyone

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — It has truly been a blessing, a wonderful group of people from the beginning and it doesn't end. They are truly wonderful and so is my home environment for myself and children. Neighbors look out for neighbors, it's really an old fashioned neighborhood, quiet, children can play, activities if you want them or privacy if not. Everything is your choice, but available.

|Recommended: YesLiving at Kirkway — I love living here. I've only been here since the end of February 17, but it was the best move I've had in a very long time. The staff and maintenance people are very nice and willing to work with you. I've had a couple of things needing taken care of and they are right there to do them. I would highly recommend Kirkway to anyone who asked about a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesRecommend to everyone — I lived there for 2 years from 2012 to 2014 very clean and management was always there if there was a issue. even though there were pets the grounds were watched for . Im writing this now because the people who live there are friendly and trust worthy. I had a package delivered to my old address by accident not being aware the address was changed. the people living there have the package and have talked to the management team. I will get my package today Cant say enough about Linda and her staff. If you are thinking or need a place to live. I recommend Kirkway
|Recommended: YesIt looks very inviting and well kept — I thought going from a house to an apartment was going to be very difficult, however, with Kirkway it has been an easy transition. I feel very safe here. I love the feeling of being in a house setting, example, having your own entrance and garage and porch. I love the dog area,I just wish people would pick up after their dogs better. I am seeing that is becoming an issue, hopefully it will be better when the weather gets warmer. I would and have recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for one.
