|Recommended: YesRecommend to everyone — I lived there for 2 years from 2012 to 2014 very clean and management was always there if there was a issue. even though there were pets the grounds were watched for . Im writing this now because the people who live there are friendly and trust worthy. I had a package delivered to my old address by accident not being aware the address was changed. the people living there have the package and have talked to the management team. I will get my package today Cant say enough about Linda and her staff. If you are thinking or need a place to live. I recommend Kirkway
|Recommended: YesIt looks very inviting and well kept — I thought going from a house to an apartment was going to be very difficult, however, with Kirkway it has been an easy transition. I feel very safe here. I love the feeling of being in a house setting, example, having your own entrance and garage and porch. I love the dog area,I just wish people would pick up after their dogs better. I am seeing that is becoming an issue, hopefully it will be better when the weather gets warmer. I would and have recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for one.

|Recommended: YesSpacious layout — I love all the amenities this Community has to offer. i use the fitness room quiet often and find all the equipment useful. The grounds are very well maintained and the community is dog friendly which was a high priority when I was searching for a place. I am surprised but also pleased that I do not hear any of my neighbors while I'm inside my apartment. I also appreciate that the community participates in recycling. The bedrooms are all a great size and having a basement is so useful.
|Recommended: YesGreat property. Quiet and homey — We really enjoyed our stay at Kirkway. It was very quiet, maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner, great space for families, love the garage and basement space, and they have lots of fun events for adults and kids to participate in. My only compliant is that it is a little pricey. Wish the price was a little cheaper.
