Maintenance is wonderful Whether you request online or call, the issue is taken care of that same day most of the time. All the staff are very nice. It's definitely worth the money.

Large units with full basements and two car garages which is difficult to come by. Overall we are very pleased to call this home.

|Recommended: YesNice, clean, roomy, and friendly. — Living at Kirkway Apartments has been a good experience so far. Coming from a large house, I was surprised at how much room we have and that there is very little noise from my neighbors. Most of the people seem to be quite friendly and it is nice that management provides different activities throughout the year for all the families. My favorite part of our new home is the bathroom. I love just relaxing everyday after a long day at work and the children's favorite place is the pool. Overall I have no complaints. I can see us living here for years to come.
|Recommended: YesClean newer unit with nice view but noisy — Nice view of pond and many windows to let in a lot of natural light. Perfect location close to shopping, metro park, and bike trails. Unit is spacious and clean with decent fixtures and appliances. Office staff are very nice and helpful. Unit lacks sufficient insulation in walls windows to minimize freeway noise - the road noise is annoying to put it mildly. Excellent areas for walking the dog. Although non-smoking, I can smell smoke inside my upper apartment from a smoker in unit below - not good. Ultimately, I chose location w view near freeway as opposed to a unit boxed in by other buildings looking directly at neighbors.
|Recommended: YesI love it — Is such a nice place to live Apartments are very spacious and the layout is great too people at the office is always friendly. The maintenance reports has been always corrected in less than a half of day.
There is always activities for the entire family, also the recreation areas are very well maintained.
We made a great decision choosing this complex to live and have our family.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance staff excels — Friendly place. The maintenance staff lead by Nick is excellent. The only complaint I have is there are lots of dogs which I also have one so I love that but unfortunately the majority bark at cars, other dogs, people walking by, the air blowing . It does not override the positives of this community- I just resigned.
I never hear my neighbors and I have had two different neighbors - walls very soundproofed

I love how close it is and how nice the entire community it is. Would love if it was gated. Great place to live and family oriented and pet friendly. Would recommend it to everyone
