|Recommended: YesPerfect location, grounds, and aparment options — We are very happy that we chose Kirkway Apartments. Coming from out of state and moving during COVID prevented us from coming in person to see apartments. Chris and Linda in the office made it very easy for us to get our lease and answered all of our questions. They were prompt to respond to our messages. We were very impressed with the location, grounds, and all that Kirkway has to offer their tenants. When we moved in, the apartment was spotless. We didn't to have to do any cleaning before we moved our stuff in which was nice. We got new flooring, carpet, dishwasher and washing machine. My only complaint is that with all the new construction happening I would of thought that the builder would take that time to upgrade some of the features in older townhomes apartments. For instance, add granite to the kitchen and bathrooms and upgrade fixtures. This of course doesn't affect our happiness in our new home but something to think about.

I want to thank you also for your recommendations with regard to updates in our original phase. It is our goal to maintain the the community through the final phase of construction and then begin updates to the finishes as needed in our first phase; which was built between 2005 and 2009. So many new materials and finishes have been developed over the years and we will certainly look forward to adding those to the community.

|Recommended: YesNice — Very nice so far, less than a week living here. I am near the recycle bins dumpsters. The recycle trash on the ground builds up quickly and not pleasant to see. Would be nice, if they had a dumpster to put the recycle trash inside so that it does not show...the bins are overfilled and running over. Makes for an unpleasant sight to see. So far, I have enjoyed being a part of the community, nice place to live
I would love to do another review once I have had time to be here at least 90 days.
Also, since we are living Covid 19, hard to make a review since we all are inside.
Thank you so much for your 5 star rating and review. Normally, the trash bins are in order, with residents cleaning out their homes due to COVID-19, this is a temporary issue. We are so glad to see that you are happy in your new home and in our community.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, Great Value — The apartments at Kirkway is a great place to live. The community is very welcoming. There are frequent events at the community clubhouse that bring neighbors together. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are always friendly and professional. You can’t beat the floor plans that are offered. The interiors designs and fixtures are upscale and modern. I am in the military and when we got initially stationed to the area. We had looked at about five properties before we came to Kirkway. After touring one of the units and speaking with a leasing representative. We decided this was not a opportunity we could pass up. This has been a great place to call home.

|Recommended: YesExcellent community and apartments — We have only been living here for a few months, but we can already tell that Kirkway Apartments has as much better management and organization than most out there. The leasing office team is friendly and knowledgeable, the apartments are new and in great shape. The property manager goes the extra mile to support, we are happy we picked Kirkway to be our temporary home while we wait for our house to be built.

|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live — My husband and I have lived here for just a little over one year. We originally moved here one year. We sold our house and moved in here to figure out where we wanted to retire to. Our experience here has been SO POSITIVE. The office girls and Manager, Linda, are so WONDERFUL. They will do help you with anything. The Maintenance Team mgr. Nick, are FABULOUS. Whenever we put in a ticket to get something fixed. I've always had them fix it the same day A BIG KUDOS to Office and Maintenance Team
Also, this place is so beautiful. The grass is mowed every week and they do a great job. We have a heated pool, children's playground along with a new addition they added this year. Its a HUGE PATIO. It has 2 large gas grills with a stand up eating table made out of stone with a granite counter top, They have an area with wicker couches and matching chairs with a pergola 0ver it for shade, It's wonderful...I sometimes go up there just to sit and read a book.
