The Clubhouse at Kirkway

The Clubhouse at Kirkway is the business and recreational center of the community. It is designed to accommodate the community management and leasing functions as well as Kirkway community members' recreational activities.

Pool Area	CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.
Multi-purpose Room	9 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Large community room complete with fireplace and large screen TV



The sitting areas include cozy furniture as well as tables and chairs, perfect for conversation or game playing. The community room will be open for use during normal clubhouse business hours.

State of the Art Fitness Center



Open to adult community members (18 yrs. or older) 24 hours per day, seven days of the week. Locker rooms with showers are conveniently located in the adjacent area. Please clean up after yourself in the fitness center and the locker room.

ATM/Vending Area



For your convenience vending machines and an ATM are located at the west entrance to the building.

Business Center



The clubhouse conference room is open for reservation by community members. The business center will be equipped with a computer, fax, and copier for community member use as well.

Video Library



Our video lending library of DVD movies will be open during normal business hours. Lending period is two days at no charge. Movies not returned on-time will be subject to a late fee in the amount of $2 per day. You must be an adult community member (18 yrs. or older) of the community to use this service.

Community Activities

• Kid's Club: Organized activities for the children of the community will be conducted at the Clubhouse. Schedule of events will be posted in the monthly newsletter and on community bulletin boards.
  

• Teen's Group: Organized activities for the teenagers of the community will be conducted at the Clubhouse. Activities include: video games and movies. Schedule of events will be posted in the monthly newsletter and on community bulletin boards.
  

• Community Member Functions: From time-to-time the community will host community member parties and get-togethers. These activities will be for the enjoyment of all Kirkway community members. Schedule of events will be posted in the monthly newsletter and on community bulletin boards.

Refreshing Pool



The refreshing pool will be open Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. Use of the facilities is limited to community members and member's guests. Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (community member or authorized child care person). Further rules and regulations will be made available to all community members at time of move-in. Pool area hours of operation will be from 9:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. daily, weather permitting.

Playground and Picnic Areas



Located outside of the clubhouse for the use of Kirkway community members and their guests. Please clean up after use and be courteous of others in the area. Quiet time will be observed after 9:00 p.m.

Multi-purpose Room





The multi-purpose room is available for community member's private use on a reservation basis.

• Reservations are handled first come, first served and will not be taken without a deposit.
  

• You must be an adult community member to reserve the clubhouse and must be present during the function.
  

• Reservation and deposit: complete clubhouse rental agreement and provide deposit in the amount of $350. Breakdown: $150 refundable, $150 non-refundable, $50 attendant fee.
  

• Black-out dates will be observed for holidays or upon management discretion.

Community Bulletin Boards



Located at the mail kiosks and at the clubhouse will be up to date with community information. Space will be available for community members to post items, subject to management approval, at no cost.

Dog Park



As everyone knows, we are a pet friendly community. In an effort to make our pets and their owners even happier at Kirkway, we have constructed a dog park for our four-legged friends. The park is located behind the maintenance garage.
