Each applicant shall provide copies of the following forms of identification to process your application.

Driver's License or State Identification Card and at least one of the following:

-Social Security Card
-Visa or Green Card
-Passport

Rental History Form:

• Sign the authorization for information.
  

• Send the form to your landlord to complete.
  

• Landlord to forward the form to The Apartments at Kirkway.

• Click here to print the form, fill in the Employer's name, address, and contact information.
  

• Sign the authorization for information.
  

• Give the form to your employer to complete.
  

• Employer to forward the form to The Apartments at Kirkway.

• Application fee: $35 per adult
  

• Holding Deposit: $300 to reserve an apartment or for placement on the Priority Waiting List. This deposit is refundable if your application is denied.

For your convenience we accept check, money order, credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash.

Upon receipt of the required documents and payment, your application will be processed and an apartment may be selected. If a specific apartment is not chosen, you will be placed on the Priority Wait List for future apartment selection.
